Checking for partitions in Analysis Services, for the purposes of processing them, and creating if they don’t exist, can be a pain. There are several solutions, but I personally prefer to use script components as there are no installs. I’ve included 2 packages that show how to do these checks for both tables and partitions in Tabular SSAS. Note that for Multidimensional, this code won’t work as I’ve taken liberties with measure groups vs dimensions.

The Git solution has the database and tabular model backups : all you need to do to use a different model is edit the data connection in the package, and modify the SQL statement which specifies which partitions to create.
